These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slacxify, a product of Techzenic Solutions, including the marketing site at slacxify.com and the application at app.slacxify.com (together, the "Service"). By connecting a Slack workspace or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Slacxify connects to a Slack workspace you authorize and translates messages, threads, edits, and files in real time, and translates replies you compose back into the workspace's language. The Service is provided as-is at app.slacxify.com; this marketing site does not process your Slack data or payments directly.
You must have authority to connect a Slack workspace to Slacxify. You are responsible for the accuracy of the authorization you grant and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Each plan has usage limits as described on our Pricing page. If you exceed your plan's limit, translation may pause until your cycle resets, unless you purchase a credit pack or upgrade.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may disconnect your workspace or cancel your subscription at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law.
The Service, including translation output, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automated translation may contain errors; we do not guarantee translation accuracy for any particular use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techzenic Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from translation errors or miscommunication.
