Slacxify ("Slacxify," "we," "us") is a product of Techzenic Solutions, operated at app.slacxify.com. Slacxify translates Slack messages in real time on behalf of workspaces and users who install it. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
By installing Slacxify or authorizing it in your Slack workspace, you agree to this policy.
This policy covers any Slack workspace member who installs Slacxify, and any user whose messages are read and translated as a result — including people in shared channels who did not personally install the app but are members of a channel Slacxify has been added to.
We do not collect data from channels or DMs you have not explicitly added to Slacxify, and we do not passively scan your full workspace.
We do not use your message content to train any AI model, ours or a third party's, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
We use the following subprocessors, each bound by their own data-processing terms:

We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not permit any subprocessor to use your message content for purposes beyond fulfilling the request (e.g., no model training on your data by Anthropic under our API terms).

Slacxify is built and operated in compliance with the Slack API Terms of Service and Slack's Developer Policy. We access only the data covered by the OAuth scopes you explicitly grant during installation, and you can review or revoke those permissions at any time from your workspace's Slack App Management page.

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored tokens and message data, role-based access controls internally, and industry-standard practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected workspace admins within 72 hours of discovery, consistent with GDPR requirements.
Slacxify is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Slack itself requires users to meet its own minimum age requirements.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EU/UK.
We'll update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated via email to workspace admins or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
